Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add your items to cart, and complete checkout using the payment methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at support@zzzerofans.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed, especially if the order has already entered processing or shipment.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Some items are sold as pre-orders. Estimated shipping or arrival timing will be shown on the product page whenever available.
If my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, when will it ship?
Mixed orders are handled according to the product page instructions where applicable. If you are unsure about a specific order, please contact us before placing it.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $30. Orders below $30 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary by region: United States, Canada, and Southeast Asia: 7–14 business days; Europe: 10–20 business days; rest of world: 14–21 business days. These are transit estimates and do not include processing time or any pre-order wait shown on the product page.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Why is my package delayed?
Delays can happen because of customs clearance, local delivery issues, weather, or peak season demand. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@zzzerofans.com.

Yes. Items labeled as official merchandise are sourced through official or authorized retail channels where applicable.
What is a blind box?
A blind box is a random item format where the exact design is not known until opened. Unless otherwise stated, blind box items are sold as random assortments and specific characters or designs cannot be guaranteed.
Can I choose a specific blind box design?
No, unless the product page clearly offers a designated version. For standard blind box listings, designs are random.
Can I return a blind box item after opening it?
No. Opened blind box items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular items when possible, but availability depends on suppliers and release schedules.
